nice hot introduction

She has had a bad youth and that is even an understatement saying it that way.
Because of that she is an addict in several ways.

After a bad night somebody gives her an offer to help her out and she is taken to the lyfe Companion Network who took her for service.
She is made ready for a training as a submissive brainwashing her so she doesn't know where she is coming from.

Update - Diet and exercise recommendations outdated, technical explanations easy to understand

The technical explanations of heart disease were good and easy to understand. However, the specific diet and exercise recommendations were outdated. Such as eating margarine instead of butter, poopooing coconut oil, little or no red meat or eggs, eating nuts sparingly and eating whole grains. Grass fed, grass finished beef is high in Omega 3s and eggs eaten raw or where the yolks are runny provide a lot of nutrition.
I based my opinion on the findings of 2 doctors ... Dr. Mercola and Dr. Al Sears. The diet recommended by Dr. Mercola is closest to the Paleo diet and as follows:
* A large-scale, 30-year long study found that people who regularly ate one ounce of nuts at least seven times per week were 20 percent less likely to die for any reason, compared to those who avoided nuts in their diet
* Eating nuts at least five times a week corresponded to a 29 percent reduction in mortality risk due to heart disease; a 24 percent reduction for respiratory disease; and an 11 percent reduction for cancer
* In order for your body to adapt to burning fat instead of sugar, replace non-vegetable carbohydrates in your diet with high-quality healthful fats. Raw nuts are one source of such fats

Dr. Mercola recommends focusing on eating whole, unprocessed foods while avoiding grains and sugars which are precursors to disease. Consume a diet primarily high in healthy fats like coconuts, avocados, olive oil, butter and raw nuts like almonds(ideally between 50-75 percent in your diet) and raw, organic vegetables. Next, consume good protein, such as grass-fed, organic meats and organic pasteurized eggs. His current recommendation is one gram of protein for every kilogram of lean body mass, increasing it by 25% if you are pregnant or training for athletic events. This translates to about 49-70 grams of protein a day for most people. Eat Fruits moderately because they contain fructose, which should be kept below 25 grams a day, including 15 grams from whole fruit. Reduce or eliminate grains from your diet to help lower your insulin and for you to achieve optimal health and well-being.

To each his own .... and yes Dr. Mercola and Dr. Sears have products to sell .... just as this cardiologist is selling a book .... Both Mercola and Sears offer free "researched" and "well supported "articles on health topics. I prefer not to be sucked into the big pharma drug scene .... so my preference is Mercola and Sears. Dr. Sears has a new book that I just purchased The Ageless Heart Manual: Advanced Strategies to Reverse Heart Disease and Restore Your Heart's Pumping Power"

The title could be "Everything Your Cardiologist Didn't Explain & Advise", I read it, I did it and I'm winning.

Even if discovering Dr. Crandall's book at just the right moment hadn't rescued me from the depression and bewilderment of my stent event and given me a shining hope and promising path forward, I'd still say read his book! But it did, so I can endorse the advice given wholeheartedly. I'm living his advice right now 9 months after finding myself in the emergency room; 40 lbs lighter, healthier and happier than I've been or felt in way over a decade. His plan is simple and straightforward, lifestyle choices affect our life and he explains how. This particularly helped me, understanding how it all works for and against us, then in unvarnished terms he explains what to do about it. And if you do it and I did you're on your way all the way back from heart attack, heart disease and it's been wonderful. Living Dr. Crandall's advice and seeing the results has been such an uplifting experience it inspired my better half to create a blog about our journey called "Fix It Plan" (found via google by adding dot com). For me this was not only a life saver but I've got to say again ... a life improver, I'm back and better.

I found this book to provide the most relevant information in a way that is easy for anyone to understand. This is a good book for anyone to read whether or not you currently have any heart or cholesteral health issues ----- especially since many people do not even realize that they are developing problems until a serious event happens. Glad I purchased ---- plan to purchase additional copies for my brother and a friend who can benefit from this information.

Pauls Butterfeilds basics a good start.

I've played blues harp since I was 16 years old. In 1967 I attened the Montrey Pop Festival where Paul and his band played. I was blown away by the performance of the tune Drifting and Drifting (it's on youtube). I was amazed; How he could make that harmonica sound. I was hooked. Over the next 43 years I've listen and played along with Pauls albums, CD's (in addition to other blues harpest). I've perfected most of his harp licks into my own style of sound and playing, (and you should too). I just purchased this instructional book with CD only becasue I can't get enough of Pauls playing. This is a very easy course to start with. It flows along very good, progressively adding to the instructional content. It's a good tool to learn Pauls basics. It sould be repeated over and over again and practiced to regularly. I highly recommend that you import this instructional CD into iTunes on your comupter that way you can view each area of instruction on your screen and practice only the areas you want to by clicking the mouse. If your interested in learning more of Pauls masterful blues licks, I can't say enough about the CD The Paul Butterfield Blues Band LIVE (recorded in March 21-22 1970 at the Troubadour in Los Angeles). It some of Pauls greatest harp playing to practice too. You can't go wrong by buying any of The Paul Butterfield Bules Bands CDs to practice to here on Amazon.com A great selection of hard to find blues harp master CDs.

Poignant portrait of a master

Each time you hear Paul Butterfield say "Hi, my name is Paul Butterfield and I'd like to share a few insights on the harmonica if I could..." in his somewhat crackly worn voice, you'll be filled with a premonition that he's about to leave us. And it's sad to know that he only had a few years left when he made this recording with Happy Straum. But you can't help but love the recording, though I guess I'd almost prefer to have bought it alone without the mediocre, error-riddled book that accompanies it. Here's what the recording has to offer.

1. A conversation between Paul Butterfield and the listener that almost makes you feel like he and Happy are with you. Paul's language is different/better than plain old English. He says stuff like, "Happy and I are going to do a little guitar/harmonica thing."

2. Funny moments like when he says that he's playing a Marine Band harmonica with wooden stops and little metal reeds, and you can hear Happy laugh in the background. And another after he's done playing a tune with Happy and he exclaims, "Well, that was fun!"

3. Performance quality songs, with Happy playing guitar, that are so raw you'll tingle when you hear them. Of the 76 or so tracks on the CD, about 10 are full-on recordings of 12-bar blues songs, and each one of them is a gem. You'll be surprised when you hear Paul Butterfield sing too. Though his voice is somewhat tired, it is quintessentially bluesy and gritty. You won't want the songs to end.

The material itself is incredibly advanced. Even the first simple riff he introduces, upon which you are supposed to build and advance, has several nearly impossible-to-reproduce pre-bends and bends. Just a few pages later, the material is so dense that each page will take you weeks to get through. If you're a beginner, don't even think about learning anything from this material. This is a course solely for experts. But you might still consider getting the recording just so that you can hear Paul and Happy. It generates some of the same ruminations as The Last Waltz: These are extraordinary people from an era in our history when people dared to be different, creative, and free, and they will never come again.

Lessons from a master

Butterfield was my door into the Chicago electric blues world in the mid 60's. I'd been playing in rock bands since elementary school (vocals and keyboards). Being from R.I. I'd been exposed to folk blues from the Newport fests, but I'd never heard anything like "Butter". He played with a passion and fury missing on the scene.
While this tape doesn't have the intensity of his early work, it's a glimspe into his head. I've messed with harp for a number of years and recently started to get more serious. This is not for a begineer or someone who looking for traditional teaching. As he put it "these notes are there, you just have to find them". It's more like sitting next to someone who's been there, listen, try it, let him rub off on you.
I would recommend this to anyone who has been working on harp and needs a fresh prespective.

Riddled with Solution Errors and Mistakes.

This will be the third pharmacy calculations book I've used. DO NOT GET THIS BOOK!. It is riddled with mistakes. Imagine trying to solve a problem and you get one answer and the book has a different answer. you'll simply assume your wrong. Which is confusing if you are attempting to learn the subject. Almost every chapter has numerous problems with wrong answers. Which is unacceptable for a pharmacy calculations text book.

About the Author
Pamela McCauley Bush, PhD, CPE is a leader, innovator and motivator. She is currently an Associate Professor and Director of the Ergonomics Laboratory, Industrial Engineering and Management Systems Department at the University of Central Florida. She is also the Chief Technology Officer of Bush Enterprises/Tech-Solutions, Inc. Dr. Bush is a successful researcher and innovator as demonstrated by the numerous federal research grants, technical publications, and national and international committee appointments to her credit. She is a nationally recognized motivational speaker in the Women’s Leaders and STEM Education communities.

Please buy for your favorite STEM professor or manager

As a PhD student whose faced her share of obstacles in a STEM career, I found Bush's book extremely helpful and soothing - knowing others faced similar challenges. However, as she points out, and as do many current studies, barriers and sterotypes still exists, and professors and managers still tend to undervalue women in STEM careers. Please help them become aware of their subconscious lack of support by buying this book for your favorite STEM professor or manager!

Bush covers the stimulus response theory, in which STEM women are put down so often that it can lead to negative conditioning and focusing on your weaknesses. Instead, she recommends building on talents, knowledge and skills to become a force for innovation. Find mentors and learn from them how to find and pursue real opportunity.

Bush encourages STEM women not to give up too soon, pull yourself together,develop positive self-regulating behaviors, and "Get out of your own way!" She provides practical lists, references, and guidance to do just that.

Finally, Bush covers a weird observation that most STEM women make early on. The few women who do make it often do NOT support those struggling valiantly to do so, but more often tear them down or support men for hire, promotion, mentoring, and advising instead! We need to all become "rainmakers" making opportunities for ALL who need our support, as improving diversity will lift us all, while increasing innovation and U.S. competitiveness.
